Google has just launched it new chat messaging “Hangout” app

Google has just introduced “hangout” as the new cross-platform messaging App. people can use it to chat, message, photo, and make video call, across Android and IOs application, it can also be integrated to Gmail and Google+. This has replaced the former G+ messenger and Google Talk. Although, as of present Google Hangout has not yet started accepting SMS service, like it competitor, such as Facebook messaging, WhatsApp, and imessage.




Google has made this service available presently for free to Android Users, iOS users and also you can integrate it to your Google+ as well as migrating from Google Talk in your Gmail to Hangout. To migrate is very simple, just log in to your Gmail account, at the chat section, click on your picture, you will find lists of options, there you will see the option to migrate to the Hangout App. That simple!. Google as of present has not revealed if this plan will be available for other platforms, like Blackberry or Windows phones.

What users expects and loves in chat App like Google Hangout is knowing when their friends are available for chat. when you integrate it with your Google+, you can start your chat with a whole group or specific circle. you can see when your friends are available when they are typing or when they read and see your messages.



Hangout delivers your messages to your friends no matter the mobile App they are using or web browser even if your friends are offline or are not yet on Hangout, hangout will still deliver your message to them. As well as when you are offline, your message will be stored and delivered to you when you are back online. Hang out will always PING you when ever you get an offline message. However, you can stop this notification if you want by ‘snoozing’ it.

Hangout features Simple form of text messaging, Emoji, photos, and Video call. There are over 850 hand-drawn emoji and more yet to come, which you can use to spice up your words. the feature of sending photos to friends is also present and it can be saved to a Google+ album which can be viewed along side with your chatting friend. This can be viewed at any time in your message history, along with your chatting friend. But it does have a privacy, you can turn off the history if you like.



Hangout video chatting is another killer. It features are very good. you have the ability to video chat with ten friends at once. the person you are talking to presently will display bold or display on a large window on the screen while others displays little below the screen. the good thing about the video chat is that Google provided it with features that makes it look better. Such as , watching YouTube video with friends at once while chat with your friends.

Hangout fans or users are still expecting Google to add SMS to the system, since major chat App features it. Are you also expecting it?
